1.4 Compliance Confidentiality Policy

  • PURPOSE:

    Lister Healthcare Corporation does not tolerate retaliation against employees who report suspected violations. Any person(s) who attempts to retaliate will be subject to disciplinary actions.

    POLICY:

    It is the policy of Lister Healthcare Corporation that all efforts to maintain confidentiality be extended. All compliance related investigations will be kept in a confidential, locked file in the Compliance Office.

    PROCEDURE:

    • The Compliance Officer will keep all documentation relating to compliance in a locked file cabinet located in their office.
    • Only the reference number and or name, of the alleged complaint will be used in all documentation and references.
    • Should circumstances arise that would disclose the reporting person's identification, they will be informed of the situation. Disclosure may be required in certain circumstances.
