1.1 Compliance Program Policy

  • PURPOSE:

    To establish a Compliance Program to ensure that quality patient care comply with all applicable state and federal laws, statutes and regulations.

    POLICY:

    It is the policy of Lister Healthcare Corporation that all employees are aware of our compliance program components, such as:

    • Policies and procedures
    • Auditing and monitoring
    • Training and education
    • Placement of Compliance Officer
    • Lines of communication
    • Disciplinary standards
    • Corrective measures

    It is the policy of Lister Healthcare Corporation to provide services in compliance with all state and federal laws, statutes and regulations, its operations and consistent with the highest standards of business and professional ethics. This program will establish a code of conduct and ethical behavior expected from all employees.

    All Lister Healthcare Corporation's employees must carry out their duties in accordance with this policy. Any violation of applicable law or deviation from appropriate ethical standards, will subject an employee to disciplinary action.
